Parliamentarian Patali Champika Ranawaka has called for an investigation into suspicious activities related to the importation of fuel.

The call for an investigation has been made via a letter addressed to President Ranil Wickremesinghe.

The MP pointed out in certain instances, third parties are benefitting during the importation of fuel, despite lack of foreign exchange to purchase fuel. (NewsWire)
