Fuel distribution: Progress review meeting held

A progress review meeting was held this morning Ceylon Petroleum Corporation Kollonnawa Terminal on Fuel Distribution.

“Data was analyzed & discussed on quantity of fuel distributed to each fuel station & quantity of fuel dispensed with QR system” Minister Kanchana Wijesekara said.

“Instructions was given to CPC to take appropriate management decisions on the fuel stations not adhering to the guidelines. Fuel distribution to essential services, public transport, fisheries sector, agricultural requirements, industries, tourism was also reviewed & discussed” Minister added. (NewsWire)
