Department of Immigration and Emigration says Applicants that have requirements to travel overseas for emergencies could send a WhatsApp message to 0706311711 to obtain a date and time for submission of passport applications.
Department has also decided to that Passports will be issued only to those with prior appointments from Wednesday (27 July).
