A heated exchange of words took place between Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe and Opposition Leader Sajith Premadasa in Parliament today.

Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe said MP Premadasa still has not responded to his own claims on how Sri Lanka’s economy can be revived.

He further said it is regrettable to see an opposition that is struggling to claim power and also questioned how they will govern a country.

Responding to the Prime Minister, MP Sajith Premadasa said not only Sri Lanka, but the entire world knows that Ranil Wickremesinghe is an incapable Prime Minister.

MP Premadasa further said that he will teach the Prime Minister ways to obtain aid from foreign nations in the near future. (NewsWire)
