The IMF team has just left Sri Lanka issuing a statement that drastic restructuring may be required in the recovery plan which may not be in line with the political culture in Sri Lanka.  Sri Lanka will have to depend on the neighbor country – India and other friendly countries for basic needs such as fuel, food, and medicines.
