The GCE Advanced Level Examination 2022 could be delayed by a month, Education Minister Susil Premajayantha announced today.

He said that steps will be taken to conduct the examination in November this year.

Minister Premajayantha further said the results of the 2021 Advanced Level Examination will be released on the 15th of August.

Schools initially had been closed from time to time due to the coronavirus pandemic, with examinations being repeatedly delayed.

However, schools are now being closed from time to time or have seen difficulties in operating due to the fuel crisis in the country. (NewsWire)
