“GotaGoGama” activists : 03 on bail to remain in prison until all given bail.

Several anti-government protesters who were remanded over the violence that was reported on 09th June have been released on bail. 

The Fort Magistrate’s Court released the suspects, including Jagath Manuwarna, Jehan Appuhamy, Dhammika Munasinghe, and Eranga Gunasekera today.

Meanwhile, Sri Lanka YouTuber Rathindu Senaratne aka Ratta, Lahiru Weerasekera, and Ven. Rathkarawwe Jinaratne have been remanded until 1 July. 

Their lawyer, Nuwan Boppage said that the three of them were not granted bail due to other pending cases against them.

He said thereby, that all the suspects who were released on bail have collectively decided to remain in prison until all arrested anti-government protesters are granted bail. (NewsWire)
